Program Overview: Learning the business aspects of your practice is such an important part of being the CEO of your practice.
In this program you will learn different leadership styles, business systems for operating your practice, including but not limited to the understanding of profit and loss statements, cash flow, insurance billing, goals setting, HR compliance, hiring, etc.
