Gene St. Louis
Gene St. Louis, CEO, is nationally recognized expert in dental practice management. She built her company from the ground up, holding both clinical and administrative positions prior to her consulting career. Having participated in the day-to-day operations of dental practices, gives Gene a unique, insider advantage of how offices succeed. Clients feel confident with her firsthand experience that translates into relatable, personable and reliable expertise. Gene has worked with hundreds of clients nationwide helping with transitions, startups and practice growth. She writes for a variety of dental publications and is regularly invited to speak at the nation’s top dental meetings throughout the United States and Canada.

Paige Marshall
Paige Marshall has devoted over two decades to empowering dental practices through her expertise as an analyst. With a deep commitment to team excellence and a keen understanding of doctors' visions, Paige is known for her ability to infuse energy, kindness, and patience into every practice she supports. Her exceptional talent lies in her capacity to pinpoint areas for growth and implement evidence-based strategies that drive practices to new heights of success. Paige’s track record in revitalizing struggling practices is a testament to her problem-solving prowess and her unwavering dedication to delivering practical, sustainable solutions. Her work is characterized by a collaborative approach that not only addresses challenges but also fosters an environment where both the practice and its people can thrive.
Practice Analyst
Molly Singer
With over 40 years of diverse experience in the dental industry, Molly brings exceptional knowledge, skill, and passion to Gene St. Louis Consulting, LLC. Her extensive background includes roles as Dental Assistant and licensed dental radiographer with advanced training in conscious sedation, Office Manager, Director of Operations, Practice Analyst, Dental Practice Management Consultant, and COO for multi-doctor practices. She has successfully navigated private, solo, and group practices, covering business models such as family, cosmetic, specialty, PPO, Fee-for-Service, Medicaid, and DSO operations. She attended the Ohio State University and also worked as a Pre-Doctorial Clinic Manager at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Molly's expertise encompasses practice management and digital radiography software training, revenue cycle management, Practice Risk Analyst, and practice coaching. She is recognized for developing and delivering AGD/PACE-accredited CE training video content and authoring numerous dental articles. Molly has conducted national seminars and lectures on practice management, growth strategies, embezzlement prevention, marketing, social media marketing, practice transitions, and startups.Committed to community involvement, Molly volunteers as an Advisory Board Member for two pre-dental vocational programs. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, resin art, kayaking, bicycling, and spending quality time with her family. Molly’s passion for dentistry and dedication to helping dental professionals elevate their practices underscore her invaluable role at Gene St. Louis Consulting, LLC.

Theresa Farmer
Theresa Farmer is an experienced Dental Professional with a proven track record of driving operational success and efficiency within the healthcare sector. With extensive experience in managing and mentoring teams, Theresa has demonstrated her ability to foster strong relationships with doctors, business assistants, and team members, supporting the successful integration and optimization of processes in multi-location practices.Throughout her career, Theresa has played a key role in the integration process of newly supported offices, serving as a liaison between field operations and support offices. She has effectively planned and taught companies core values and orientations, partnered with doctors to address training needs, and developed systems to enhance team performance. Her efforts have led to improved accounts receivable accuracy and collection rates by providing hands-on training to business assistants in the offices that she served.During her tenure as a practice manager, Theresa successfully collaborated with doctors to review key performance metrics, including P&L statements, and developed strategies to meet office goals. Her coaching and mentoring extended to improving communication skills within her teams and fostering strong, lasting partnerships with doctors to support ongoing success.In addition to her operational expertise, Theresa has made significant contributions to the AEGD program by implementing scheduling and insurance protocols at dental schools and recruiting dental students to join the program.Earlier in her career, Theresa worked as a coach and consultant where she partnered with practices helping them achieve higher production and collection rates while focusing on profitability and growth.Outside of her professional life, Theresa has 2 daughters and enjoys cooking, reading, playing golf, and traveling with her husband. She values her personal life, by finding balance through these activities, which allow her to recharge and explore new experiences.

My wife started her dental office about a year ago and Gene has been super helpful from day 1. She has all the answers and knows the “behind the scenes” of all the players. It’s refreshing to have someone in your corner.
Most of the vendors are getting a cut for every referral they make, so you don’t know if a vendor is legitimately good or if your referral is getting a kickback. Gene doesn’t accept kickbacks, so if she refers to a vendor (there will be a lot of them!!) you know they are the best!!!
We call her the Godmother of the office because we call her in a panic constantly!!
