With over 40 years in the field of dentistry, Gene St. Louis brings unparalleled experience to her consulting firm. Starting as a dental assistant, Gene worked her way up through front desk and office management roles before transitioning to consulting in 1993. Her firsthand knowledge of day-to-day operations gives her a unique ability to relate to the challenges dentists face. Gene's passion lies in helping clients reach their full potential through personalized guidance and a focus on building strong, positive relationship

Paige Marshall has devoted over two decades to empowering dental practices through her expertise as an analyst. With a deep commitment to team excellence and a keen understanding of doctors' visions, Paige is known for her ability to infuse energy, kindness, and patience into every practice she supports. Her exceptional talent lies in her capacity to pinpoint areas for growth and implement evidence-based strategies that drive practices to new heights of success. Paige’s track record in revitalizing struggling practices is a testament to her problem-solving prowess and her unwavering dedication to delivering practical, sustainable solutions. Molly Singer
Molly Singer's 40-plus year dental career encompasses a wide range of roles, from clinical dental assisting to executive leadership. Her expertise spans practice management software training, risk analysis, consulting, and operations management in both solo and group practices. Molly has worked with various practice models, including fee-for-service, PPO, Medicaid, comprehensive, and cosmetic dentistry. Her experience extends to dental practice financing, acquisitions, and start-up coaching. As an educator and lecturer, Molly shares her knowledge on practice management and data security, bringing valuable insights to help dental practices thrive across different business models and specialties.

My wife started her dental office about a year ago and Gene has been super helpful from day 1. She has all the answers and knows the “behind the scenes” of all the players. It’s refreshing to have someone in your corner.
Most of the vendors are getting a cut for every referral they make, so you don’t know if a vendor is legitimately good or if your referral is getting a kickback. Gene doesn’t accept kickbacks, so if she refers to a vendor (there will be a lot of them!!) you know they are the best!!!
