Our team works closely with you to develop patient advocate roles, enhance communication skills, conduct a thorough practice analysis, and create a customized Action Plan. Throughout the year, we'll guide you in setting goals, analyzing financial data, training staff, improving patient flow, reviewing and guiding in overhead management, and more. With our support, you'll be well-equipped to grow your practice and provide exceptional patient care.
How we help
Treatment Planning, Follow-up, and Case Acceptance
Our treatment planning strategy focuses on empowering your team with strong communication skills to educate patients about their needs and the value of recommended treatments. We provide training on daily alignment meetings, doctor/team collaboration, presentation skills, case conferencing, financial arrangements, and tracking case acceptance to prevent slippage and recognize gaps.
New Patient Experience
We help you create a "WOW" experience for new and existing patients, starting with the first phone call. Our team provides training on optimizing initial calls, scheduling, value calls, visit preparation, and post-visit activities to enhance patient retention and increase referrals. We even conduct "secret calls" to monitor your team's skills and provide feedback.
Hygiene Strategy
Our hygiene strategy aims to develop and maintain a strong hygiene department that contributes 33% to overall productivity. We focus on creating an efficient system, developing strong communication skills to convey the value of hygiene services, maintaining a robust periodontal program, and continuously growing your client base while maintaining high retention rates.
Define Job Roles and Accountability Systems
We help define team job roles and foster accountability by determining staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and coaching team members on their responsibilities. Our goal is to empower each team member to develop an ownership mindset through enhanced communication, time management strategies, and language skills that support their roles.

timeline
Start
Prior to the initial on-site visit, we provide unlimited telephone and email support, questionnaires and personality profiles for team members and doctors regarding current systems. We can even create personal profiles for individual team members so we can better personalize the program to suit your practice's unique needs.
Month 1
Our initial on-site visit spans four days. We meet with you to review team questionnaires and personality profiles the evening before the visit. During the four days, we conduct an in-depth analysis and implement business systems based on a customized agenda. We deliver a 30-day action plan and a comprehensive Practice Analysis Report within three weeks of the visit.
Months 2 & 3
We hold monthly video conference coaching sessions with you and your team, focusing on progress monitoring, implementation updates, overhead analysis, and fee analysis to ensure continued growth and optimization.
Month 4
During our second one-day on-site visit, we conduct one-on-one team meetings throughout the workday, with no patients scheduled in the afternoon. We meet with you to review the team's progress and the practice's performance.
Months 5 & 6
We continue monthly video conference coaching sessions, concentrating on progress monitoring, implementation updates, and overhead analysis.
Month 7
Our third on-site visit spans four days, focusing on in-depth analysis and implementation based on a customized agenda. We provide a 30-day action plan, a Practice Analysis Report, and an Implementation Report to guide your team in executing the necessary changes.
Months 8-10
Monthly video conference coaching sessions resume, focusing on progress monitoring, implementation updates, overhead analysis, and team bonus structures to maintain momentum and reward success.
Month 11
During our fourth one-day on-site visit, we conduct one-on-one team meetings throughout the workday, with no patients scheduled in the afternoon. We meet with you to review the team's progress and the practice's performance.
Month 12
We conclude the program with a video conference with you to recap the year's progress, discuss the practice's growth, and outline the next steps for continued success.
