Start
Prior to closing on the practice, we offer unlimited telephone and email support. Our team will review your timeline and activities to ensure a seamless acquisition, provide questionnaires for team members regarding the previous owner, systems, and office environment. We'll also assist in creating a Transition Letter to inform patients of the upcoming changes.
Month 1
Our initial on-site visit spans four days. We meet with you to review team questionnaires and personality profiles the evening before the visit. During the four days, we conduct an in-depth analysis and implement business systems. The second day is training with staff and the office is closed to patients. Day three is one-on-one training with individual staff members. Day four the office is closed in the afternoon for a wrap-up of the week. We deliver a 30-day action plan and a comprehensive Practice Analysis Report within three weeks of the visit.
Month 2
We conduct one-on-one team meetings via video conferencing and provide a 30-day action plan to maintain progress and address any challenges.
Months 3-5
We hold monthly video conference coaching sessions with you and your team, focusing on progress monitoring, implementation updates, overhead analysis, and fee analysis to ensure continued growth and optimization.
Month 6
We review the progress of systems and implementation, evaluate the Action Plan, and discuss next steps for the practice to maintain momentum and achieve long-term success.
