We'll help you navigate real estate, marketing, and financial decisions, ensuring you make the best choices for your new venture. In addition, we help recruit and train your staff on all the operational systems and remain by your side into your first year. With our expert support, you'll be well-prepared to open your doors and thrive.

We work side by side with you from inception to completion, assisting with everything from business planning to reviewing architectural drawings. Our guidance eliminates the guesswork for a smooth and successful practice buildout.
Education
Our Leadership Executive Training teaches you and your team the business side of dentistry, providing the systems and knowledge needed to effectively measure and monitor your practice's performance.
Relationships

Observation
Through on-site visits, we observe your team's interactions with patients and provide tailored coaching based on real examples. This hands-on approach helps your team develop successful communication and service skills.

Follow-Ups
After your doors open and your Action Plan is implemented, we conduct on-site follow-ups to analyze progress and provide ongoing telephone coaching throughout your first year.
Program
timeline
Start
Our startup process includes creating a comprehensive business plan with a vision, mission, and budget; reviewing demographic reports; securing a location; introducing relationships with trusted advisors; reviewing bids; completing action items; providing one-on-one Leadership Executive Training 2-3 months before opening; interviewing and hiring your team; and offering telephone skill training and bi-weekly coaching to monitor progress.
Month 1
In your first month, we arrive onsite 2 days prior to your official opening day. On Day 1, we present the business operational systems, action plans, and training during an eight-hour session. Day 2 continues with staff training, including strategies designed to provide success with the new patient "wow" experience, ideal day scheduling, treatment presentation, financial arrangements, and collections. In the afternoon we contiune training with implementation of all the systems necessary to open the office. You will receive an extensive practice protocol manual documenting trainings, action plans, and implementation tools. We will continue to monitor your goals and measurements monthly to gauge your team's progress over the first year.
Months 2-6
During months 2-6, we conduct video conferencing coaching sessions with you and your team. These sessions include monthly progress monitoring, implementation updates, coaching, and overhead analysis to ensure your practice stays on track.
Month 7
At the seven-month mark, your consultant returns for a one-day visit to analyze progress, present additional goals and objectives to your team, and provide on-site assistance with implementation and any necessary additional training.
Months 8-12
In the final months of the program, we continue with our unlimited texting, emails, and monthly phone calls, along with our monthly video conferencing coaching sessions, focusing on monthly progress monitoring, implementation updates, coaching, and overhead analysis. We work with you to recap your first year and establish action steps for continued success.

How long is the StartUp Elite Program?
The StartUp Elite Program is a 12-month program designed to guide you through the process of launching and establishing a successful dental practice. However, the 12 month program doesn't actually begin until 3 months before you open, when you complete the leadership/CEO training. The entire experience before that 3 month mark is free coaching and guidance so you don't have major misjudgments or mistakes in the critical initial phase of your startup journey.
