Gold Acquisition Program
Have you acquired an existing practice?
Acquiring an existing practice comes with its own set of challenges. Our Gold Acquisition Program is designed to help you navigate the transition, optimize your newly acquired practice's performance, and set you up for long-term success. We work closely with your team to evaluate your practice's strengths and weaknesses, develop a customized action plan, and provide ongoing support. This ensures a smooth integration and growth while retaining patients and team members throughout the process.

timeline
Start
Prior to closing on the practice, we provide unlimited telephone and email support. We review the timeline and activities to ensure a seamless acquisition, and distribute questionnaires to team members to gather their current impressions of the office environment. We also assist in creating a Transition Letter to communicate the change to patients.
Month 1
Our initial on-site visit spans four days. We begin by meeting with you to review team questionnaires and personality profiles. Over the next four days, we conduct an in-depth analysis and implement business systems. Day two is reserved for training and you do not see patients. Day three is reserved for one-on-one training with staff from each department. Day four's afternoon is a wrap-up meeting of the week's training. We deliver a 30-day action plan and a comprehensive Practice Analysis Report within three weeks of the visit.
Months 2 & 3
We conduct monthly video conference coaching sessions with you and your team, focusing on progress monitoring, implementation updates, and fee analysis, as well as reviewing the progression of goals and accountability of system incorporation.
Month 4
Our second on-site visit is one full day. We hold one-on-one team meetings throughout the workday, with no patients scheduled in the afternoon. We also meet with you to review the team's progress and the practice's performance.
Months 5 & 6
We continue monthly video conference coaching sessions, concentrating on progress monitoring, implementation updates, and overhead analysis.
Month 7
Our third on-site visit spans four days, mirroring the initial visit's structure. We conduct an in-depth analysis and implementation, with the last two days reserved for training without patients scheduled. We provide a 30-day action plan and a Practice Analysis Report within three weeks of the visit.
Months 8-10
Monthly video conferencing coaching sessions resume, focusing on progress monitoring, implementation updates, overhead analysis, and team bonus structures.
